​David Van Wormer has contributed to the development and transformation of Wedgefield since 1995.  He built his first custom home in 2006 and calls Wedgefield his home.  He considers the impact on the environment and wildlife while clearing a site for new construction.

"I highly recommend doing business with Suzanne Adams in the field of construction.  In 2009, Suzanne acted as the owner's agent for the construction of my office at 1445 E. Mitchell Hammock Road, Oviedo, FL.  In this capacity, she assembled and oversaw a team of professionals.  She hired the builder and the superintendent, and was hands-on for the duration of the project.  Her team completed the building, grounds, and the build-out.  The entire project was completed on time and under budget.  Her team kept an immaculate job site and handled all unforeseen complications. Her team met with the architect when needed and the City of Oviedo to keep the project running smoothly.  To this day, I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work done.  I would work with her again."

"We had our home built during the summer of 2016. We chose the Carolyn 2 model because we
loved the exterior style and floor plan. The experience from the very beginning with Suzanne
was amazing, she went out of her way to explain the process and the different decisions we
would need to make along the way. They made us feel like we were part of their family. This
was our first time building a custom home, so we needed the extra care and help along the way,
Suzanne provided that for us. We also made a modification to one bedroom by converting it into
a kitchenette and installing an exterior door to make a more private entrance for the small
apartment. Suzanne was very pro-active and helped us with the decisions that needed to be made
